Born in July 1957, Tomson Li graduated from South China University of Technology with a major in wireless technology. Li had taken the position of the general manager of TCL Communication Group, general manager of TCL Corporation and now acts as the chairman of the board and president of TCL Corporation.

Mr. YAN Yong, 44, is a Director of T&A. He is responsible for strategic planning for the Company. He is also a Senior Vice President of TCL Corporation, Chief Financial Officer of TCL Multimedia Technology Holdings Limited and TTE Corporation, as well as the Chief Executive Officer of Opta Corporation. He was previously the China Country General Manager of Tulips Computers (Asia) Limited. Mr. Yan received an MBA from Stanford University and an MSc in Computer Science from Peking University.
